Upcoming Workshops & Events

My workshops are designed to encourage, to inspire and to empower others to grow beyond limitations by focusing on their ability to overcome fears by owning their direction in life. I learned through blood, sweat and tears that none of us can change anything we are not willing to own. I liken the similarity of attempting to change behavior we don’t want to "own" to trying to sell a house we don't own~we can't!

Ownership with action is instrumental and imperative to effect change.

Expressive Writing Workshop

Come here how local poet, Michelle Rae  (author of Shattered Depths) used writing to help her heal and grow past painful experiences. Learn how writing can help you do the same! This program is in a workshop format so participants will have the opportunity to briefly write about a life experience, and interact with their writing as a group if they choose.
